This is about a diet. Everyone seems to be on a diet, but the diet does not seem to be working.
How do I know diets do not work? 67% of Americans are overweight. Yet almost all of them will, when asked, admit they are on a diet. Are you tired of being on a diet?
The youth of America is growing more obese each year. 33% of the American youth is overweight. Are you tired of having your kids on a diet?
Let's face it America! Americans are getting fatter and fatter each year and we are taking our youth with us. Almost everything we stuff in our mouths and in our kids' mouths is fast food, full of fat and guaranteed to fill us up with cholesterol and triglycerides!
When you look at the statistics, Americans are failing with diets. Some diets are so complicated, it is impossible to follow them.
I took a look at 3 diet plans: "Eat Stop Eat","Eat Weight Off", and "The burito Plan."
First I looked at "Eat Stop Eat"
I looked at this one first because I like the name. It sounds simple to use. It sounded like you eat one day and do not eat the next day so I decided to check it out. I found out that is what this plan is all about.
This plan declares you can achieve amazing weight loss by using a simple combination of flexible periods of intermittent fasting and weight training. This means you simply lose weight quicker and easier than ever before and you will preserve your lean muscle and metabolism.
The "Eat Stop Eat" plan finds most diets are actually incorrect. Other diets are all based on the principle that you must keep eating to lose weight. This plan refutes that idea declaring that "Eat Stop Eat" actually speeds up your metabolism.
This plan acknowledges that most other programs will work, at least for the first month or two (as long as you are restricting your calories), but none of them can promise long-lasting weight loss. The other diets are simply too restrictive, too complicated and some of them can consume your whole life.
Take a look at the benefits.
* You can stop your worry about food all day.
* Your metabolism will not slow down and you will not go into starvation mode.
* You can still eat at restaurants with your friends.
* You will save money.
* You do not take weird supplements or eat special foods.
* You do not take weird cleansing products or laxatives.
* You will have energy.
* You start seeing results immediately.
Second one was "Eat Weight Off"
This diet plan sounds like the complete opposite of the "Eat Stop Eat" plan. The diet industry as a whole keeps trying to convince us that you must eat to lose weight. This plan is based on that idea.
Take a look at the benefits of this plan...
* You will lose 10 to 15 pounds every 7 days.
* You will lose fat easily.
* This program blames overweight on a faulty liver.
* You must eat to lose weight.
* It states this plan is a failure proof system.
* This program claims it targets clusters of fat wherever they are.
* Last but not least, this program declares you will eat more and lose faster.
This program states you will eat more. As a matter of fact, you must eat to lose wight according to this plan. I have been doing that for years with no success you say. However, this plan states it is all about having a healthy liver. You will learn how to make your liver healthy and keep it healthy.
This plan is based on the Eastern digestive sciences and you can eat more and lose faster. You will need to learn about foods to some extent, but this plan declares that no one has ever failed to get thin when they use this diet.
The last one is "The Burrito Diet."
I love burritos so this diet should be right down my alley. I never thought of burritos as diet food, however. Here is what this plan promises...
* How you can handle constant hunger, the greatest battle dieters face.
* How this plan creates a caloric deficit causing weight loss.
* The Burrito Diet manages portion control.
* It helps with another critical element of most diets, which is regularity.
* It gives you the secret ingredient that provides a Fiber-Rich Diet.
* It gives you the simple tip to managing your cravings.
Matt Lisk wrote this program. He is not a well-known health and fitness guru and he is not a scientist or a nutritionist. "The Burrito Diet" reflects his personal fight with food and fitness and his years of trial and error with other diets. It is his life story and it ends happily. He lost 80 pounds in 80 days. He wishes the same loss for you!
Of these 3 plans I like the "Eat Stop Eat" program. It is simple and easy to follow. I have known people who have eaten one day and fasted the next and have gotten thin doing this. I think I could easily follow this plan.
Any one of these plans will work, I am sure. All you have to do is commit to one and stick with it. Which one sounds workable for you?
